Our Solution:
We weren’t sure what exactly the problem with Mr. Nocci’s opener was, so we brought a full set of parts to be ready for anything. Fortunately for the customer, the problem turned out to be a single defective part. Specifically, the shock absorber for the opener’s power cord. Mr. Nocci’s opener was an old school model without an onboard battery, so without a working power line, it wouldn’t even turn on. Replacing the faulty electronics was a lot simpler and cheaper than what either he or ourselves were expecting!
