Due to bending in the tracks, the garage door got stuck.
Our Solution:
Examining the track made it immediately obvious that the bending was the cause of the problem. We secured the overhead door with a ladder and then went to work repairing the misshapen garage door tracks. Some hammering work and reinsertion of the rollers and everything went back to normal. We performed some functionality tests just in case, to ensure the tracks wouldn't pose any other issues.
